Delivery arrangements for your jewelry
Please confirm the delivery destination, available methods and charges with Kim Chung before placing your order. For a time-sensitive purchase, tell us your preferred arrival date so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
Processing and dispatch
Before payment, the quotation or checkout will show the estimated dispatch date, available delivery method and charge. Transit time begins after the carrier receives the parcel and is separate from order processing, sizing or production. Do not rely on an event deadline until the store has confirmed the arrangement in writing.
Packing, insurance and receipt
Ask about protective packaging, shipment insurance and signature requirements for your order. Check the actual shipping service recorded in your order confirmation. PO boxes, forwarding addresses and carrier redirection require advance review. Confirm a deliverable address and an available recipient.
Delays or changes
If an order cannot ship within the promised time, the store will communicate a revised date and provide the applicable choice of consenting to the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund. Address changes must be requested before dispatch; approval depends on verification and carrier limits.
Missing, damaged or incorrect delivery
Contact the store promptly with the order number, tracking number and photographs where useful. Preserve packaging and its contents. A carrier scan alone will not close an unresolved delivery complaint. The store will investigate with the carrier and explain the resolution; do not return jewelry without instructions.
Costs and pickup
Delivery charges are disclosed before payment. For international orders, if later approved, duties, taxes, importer responsibilities and return arrangements must be disclosed in advance. Store pickup, identification requirements and collection timing must be confirmed separately.
Confirm delivery arrangements before ordering.
